[00:02:26] Viv: getting consistent monthly revenue in your business for those people, and I’m speaking to those people out there who provide one-to-one services, generally people selling high tickets, so over a thousand pounds or a thousand dollars for their packages. Okay. , what does it take to get consistent monthly revenue?

[00:02:45] Viv: Well, it takes a full client roster, so being fully booked with your one-to-one clients. Um, and then obviously staying fully booked so that that consistency continues. We don’t wanna have those months where [00:03:00] one monthly hitting sort of 500 pounds, $500, and then the next month it’s a seven K month and then it’s a $500 month or pounds month.

[00:03:08] Viv: You know, we want that consist. And that’s how you are going to get that security within your business, be able to plan for those things that are really, really important. So what does it take? Okay. Well, it takes a it, it takes having a marketing plan and a marketing system in place, a process. And I’ve developed my system called the Client Accelerator Framework, and this is.

[00:03:33] Viv: I have used myself, this is what I’ve taught my clients, and this is how I take pupil from not being fully booked to fully booked with one-to-one clients with a wait list in just 12 months time. So, What is the client accelerator framework? That’s one I want to talk about today cuz this is like, this includes all the nuggets, all the gems of what you actually need to do, the steps you need to take to get to being fully booked so [00:04:00] that you can have consistent monthly revenue, which is awesome.

[00:04:04] Viv: As I said, the freedom that you get when you go from having. Just enough money to maybe get by to having, you know, and it’s the difference between surviving and thriving. I always, always say, who wants to get to the end of month going, Ugh, yeah, I’ve paid my bills, but my bank balance is zero. Nobody wants to be that.

[00:04:22] Viv: In that situation, you wanna be at the end of the month going, Woohoo, I’ve got spare money, I’ve got money I can. Save. I’ve got money. I can go and die. Now I can go and do something really great and fun with the kids, whatever that is for you. We wanna get you to that position, that PR position of financial freedom and stability, so, I always liken the client accelerator framework to an engine, to a machine.

[00:04:46] Viv: I talk about business being a, a well-oiled machine, a well-tuned well serviced machine versus being your baby babies poop scream, keep you awake all night and demand constant time and [00:05:00] attention. We do not your want your business to be that. Okay. What we want is your business to be like a well oiled, well serviced, well maintained car engine that just purs when you switch it on, that takes you, you know, and for thousands, hundreds of thousands of miles, you know, with a little bit of tinkering, a little bit of service in a bit of maintenance now and again, and it will go for miles and miles, thousands of.

[00:05:27] Viv: And take you to where you want to go. That’s what we want. Okay. And that’s what I always liken the client accelerator framework L to, to being. That’s what I liken. Building your business to being like. It’s all those different components that when they come together, They produce the results that you want, but if something isn’t working quite right yet, so you’ve got a leak in the radiator of the engine, your, your, um, you’ve got an oil leak, then the rest of the engine suddenly [00:06:00] stops working as it should.

[00:06:02] Viv: Okay. It might still go for a little bit, but it’s not going smoothly, and that’s generally what I see happening. When people have inconsistent months within their business, something is potentially leaking, not operating as smoothly and efficiently as it should, and it’s having a real knock on effect on the rest of your.

[00:06:23] Viv: So for example, if your messaging isn’t clear, it’s gonna be having a knock on effect, an impact on the effectiveness of your lead generation. So how many people are actually signing up to your opt-in, your freebie, and coming into your world, into your email list, into your audience? Okay. If you are not getting enough people, then obviously coming into your audience, you’re not having enough people raising their hand to say, I’m interested in working with you.

[00:06:48] Viv: I wanna hop on a sales calls, which means then obviously you’re not converting. , um, those people, you’re not getting enough people on calls, so you’re not making enough conversions into sales, into clients, which is having a [00:07:00] knock-on effect on your income. So it’s like the domino effect. Okay. So you know when you get like people doing those amazing, you know, people do really, really intricate ones like putting the Dominoes one after the other and then you knock one over and the whole thing sets off this like chain reaction where they all fall over.

[00:07:18] Viv: And if you’ve ever still seen the film V for Vendetta, it does an awesome one that creates, The a v in the middle. It’s a big circle. It’s really cool. Um, so it’s like the domino effect, okay. Chain reaction. It’s that cumulative effect that’s produced. Um, when you sort of knock gu domino over, and that’s what happens.

[00:07:35] Viv: If one thing is off in your, your engine that is your, your client kind of engine. Then it has this like chain reaction and sets off like, like a, a mechanical defect basically. Um, That just stops things working. Okay. So it’s like all those dominoes are falling, it just stops working, and that’s what we really, really, really want to [00:08:00] avoid within your business.

[00:08:01] Viv: So, That’s why I’ve developed the client accelerator framework because it ensures that we are building out every part of this client engine so that we do not have this like chain reaction, this negative chain reaction where something’s not working. We ensure that we are building out. Every part of your engine so that the cumulative effect is we have a positive chain reaction, not a negative chain reaction that when we get the first thing working, it has an impact on the second thing, the third thing, and so on and so forth.

[00:08:35] Viv: So what are the three parts of the framework that we focus on? Okay. We can’t just focus on one area, as I said, because it doesn’t work. The rest of this engine doesn’t. . So, so often people be like, okay, I just need to work on my leads. Okay, bringing in more leads. That’s freaking awesome, but only if you’ve nailed your messaging.

[00:08:58] Viv: We’ll, bringing in leads [00:09:00] be something that works really well. Only if you’ve developed a system for actually knowing what. Protocols, what things you need to do and what actions you need to take consistently in order to generate leads. Will that work and have the result of consistent monthly revenue?

[00:09:18] Viv: Otherwise, it’s gonna be very stop, start, stop, start, and we don’t want that. So here are the three parts of the client accelerator. And I’m gonna talk through these, um, as I’ve talked through them with, with people who are interested in working with me. So you know what they are.

[00:09:44] Viv: Are you nailing it with clients one month and then struggling the next? , it absolutely makes planning for anything super tough. Nevermind saving for the family holiday, you love to book. It makes having monthly financial [00:10:00] goals, uh, nevermind. Yearly really tough because let’s face it, you don’t know how you can create more consistency.

[00:10:08] Viv: Okay, and on top of all of that, you get that negative trippy mindset stuff coming up, right? You’re wondering why this is happening to you. Is it just you? Why can’t you nail it? Ah, and your usual ad hoc posting on social media and the word of mouth is just not getting results like it used to. So you keep adding new strategies, desperately trying to find.

[00:10:32] Viv: The one that works. Dancing on TikTok, try YouTube. Maybe even giving Pinterest to go. [00:11:57] Viv: So let’s talk about the first problem that you [00:12:00] generally see within your business. So number. Audience growth is a struggle. So you may bring people in to your audience, you know, social accounts. What I strongly recommend is that you are building out an email list. Uh, I was speaking to someone yesterday who just had her Facebook hacked.

[00:12:20] Viv: She had a very successful business. , but she had no email list or anything. So she has lost everything. She’s lost her waiting list of prospective clients. It’s like it’s really, really brought her to a very vulnerable position. Um, and so it’s had her rethinking her entire business structure. So we wanna avoid that.

[00:12:39] Viv: So that’s why I really want you to be thinking about growing that audience, you know, on email in the first instance. So audience growth is a struggle. So this is possibly a struggle. Maybe you’ve grown your business based on referrals or you’ve been using social media, um, but you’ve struggled to grow your audience.

[00:12:58] Viv: And if you’ve, you know, especially if [00:13:00] you’ve kind of built your business on referrals or even again, if you’ve used social media, what I see happening is a lot of people get some clients in all’s good. And then you get to that point of going, oh, shit, shit, shit, shit, shit. My client contracts are coming to an end.

[00:13:13] Viv: I need to kind of suddenly start doing something. So you start showing up everywhere again. You know, you kind of go all in and then you. and this is where it stop starts, stop starts. Your income’s like really hit and miss. It’s a really horrible position to be in when you are kind of like, where is my next client coming from?

[00:13:30] Viv: Where is my next paycheck coming from? I can’t see. I don’t know how to create that. What if it doesn’t work this time, the things that I’ve done previously, So you’re really hit and miss with your lead gener generation actions and you just haven’t quite nailed it when it comes to creating a sustainable, cuz that’s what wants sustainable lead generation strategy, which absolutely reflects in your income and has that knock on effect in the rest of your business cuz you’re not getting enough people like raising their hand, coming through, booking in for sales [00:14:00] calls with you.

[00:14:01] Viv: So the answer is we want to create one core, highly effecti. Audience growth strategy that does not rely on social media because we know that social media requires so much off you, requires so much time and so much energy. So we wanna find a strategy that’s off social media, but you can of course then have social media should you choose, but you’re not relying on trying to create, generate leads from social media.

[00:14:29] Viv: So we’ll start by making sure here, okay, that you are really super clear on who your ideal clients are, who your niche is, and the transformation. that you create the value and the results that you help people achieve. And this is really essential. This is like step number one, and this is the thing most people skip over.

[00:14:49] Viv: And it’s the reason I see most people struggling with other parts of their, uh, their client engine. Because if this bit isn’t right, it has a real knock [00:15:00] on. To the, the rest of, of the way your business works. So what we wanna do is really make sure we’ve like nailed this messaging, um, so that it really is dialed in and attracts you between clients and hell, it’s 2023, like the marketplace is freaking noisy and saturated.

[00:15:20] Viv: So it’s not good enough just to have good messaging. Your messaging has to speak to your idea clients and really, really, . Okay. So that’s the first thing we need to sort out. The next thing is getting you really super clear and confident on your pricing and your offer structure for your business model in order to create a business that’s sustainable, that allows you to work the hours you want to reach, the earning potential that you desire, you know, and that is actually going to work.

[00:15:50] Viv: Because so often people are like, oh yeah, I’ve worked it out. I can totally fit that in, but it means they’re working. 80, 90% of their hours on client delivery in order to [00:16:00] earn the money they want to earn. But that is not a sustainable, feasible, feasible, viable business because you cannot just purely be on 80%, 90% client work.

[00:16:11] Viv: You have to run the business as well. You are the c e O, and if you just want to deliver the thing that you love delivering, you want to go and get a job and work for someone else, you know, as an entrepreneur, you’ve gotta understand that you have to market your business to have a viable business. So we need to be really clear on the pricing and your offer structure, and I’m talking more about offer structure in the next episode.

[00:16:35] Viv: So, we’ll, if you want to hear more about my, my thoughts on the, the offer structures that you wanna be looking at, um, that work, then let’s talk, you know, listen in to that episode. . So on this section, the final thing is we wanna create a a discovery database. You know, I call it the discovery database. This is your directory.

[00:16:55] Viv: This is like your black book, you know, of people whose audiences [00:17:00] you can borrow from, because there’s only three ways to grow business. We’ve talked about this before. You can buy an. Okay. Which generally when you’re inconsistent months, you do not have the money to buy an audience. Also buying an audience, they’re very cold audiences, which means they take a lot longer to nurture.

[00:17:17] Viv: So if right now you are trying to get fully booked and stay fully booked, and this is how I built my business to a point, you know, to the point I did of consistency, which was I borrowed other people’s audiences. And if you’re saying, well, I’m an introvert vi, that doesn’t work. . There are so many different ways to borrow an audience that can work for you, depending on your personality, on whether you’re an introvert, an extrovert, or an ambivert.

[00:17:41] Viv: So we want to tap into other people’s audiences so you can grow your audience rapidly and without relying on social media and endless like ours of content creation to try and get new clients. So when you’ve nailed this part, you’ll have a. Highly effective, like lead [00:18:00] generation strategy that grows your audience week after week and enables you to get more clients.

[00:18:04] Viv: So that’s part, like they’re the three components of part number one of your engine. Okay, so three, they’re the three components in part number one of your engine. The second problem that you’ve got. Mm. You’ve got really inconsistent clients, like this whole feast to famine things going on, the rollercoaster of inconsistent income.

[00:18:26] Viv: And as I said, you know, what does that do? That really impacts on, you know, whether you are in, um, survive or thrive mode financially. So this is generally what’s going on for you. You’ve got people in your. But they just don’t. Booking calls from you, buy from you, engage with you. And most people I speak to find that converting their followers, so their audiences into hot leads, people who are like that, whoa, I’m really interested to hear more.

[00:18:54] Viv: Is a huge challenge and that the sporadic leads they get are just not coming on [00:19:00] to, to calls, sales calls. Cuz generally my clients are say as they say, are, um, selling at like a thousand pounds thou thousand dollars plus for their packages. So generally we’re selling thy sales call and they’re just not getting people coming onto calls eager to invest.

[00:19:14] Viv: So what happens? People try discounting challenges like direct reach outs and they’re still not getting people into those sales conversations because, Something could be off earlier in that model, as we’ve talked about. So let’s talk about what we need to do to address this and remember all these components that I talk about work together.

[00:19:34] Viv: Okay? So although I’m talking about these three, three parts as kind of standalone sections, they all work together. Remember that domino effect. Okay? So the answer we want. Okay. To get away from inconsistent license to create and create and implement this repeatable system, something that creates a pipeline of hot leads, so prospects every month.

[00:19:56] Viv: And that is easy to remain consistent [00:20:00] with because that is often the problem like, The actions you’re taking are not consistent. And the word consistency, oh God. It gets bonded around so much and I apologize cuz I hate using it. But the truth of the matter is we have to be consistent with the actions we’re taking to see consistent results.

[00:20:17] Viv: Okay? We want to remain consistent so that you always have people in your audience ready to buy. You always have this pipeline of hot leads. So how do we do. So the first thing we do is we create, create your audience activation protocol. What the hell is that? An audience activation protocol. Um, sounds really space agey, doesn’t it?

[00:20:40] Viv: But this is your, um, I lead to prospect nurture sequence. So this is taking people from being a cold lead, like coming into your world for the first. to taking them to a hot prospect, a prospect or a hot lead ready to get on a call with you through your nurture sequence that converts strangers into superfans.

[00:20:59] Viv: [00:21:00] And this is through the content that we create and how we do that and the process we go through in order to do that. Okay? Um, because we want you to have a calendar that’s consistently booked with people who have self-identified themselves as ready to buy now and ready for what you. The next thing we do here is we map out exactly what content to produce each week and each month, so that you’re consistently implementing nurture and conversion activities every week and every month to ensure this consistent flow of prospects and clients.

[00:21:30] Viv: Okay, so this takes it from being automation with the au audience activation protocol to what are the actual, uh, like manual actions you’re gonna take each week and each month in order to convert people into clients. So that could be. Could be recording podcast, it could be guesting, whatever that looks like.

[00:21:49] Viv: Finally we’ll work on developing a really simple sales system, okay? Nobody wants to go through and do icky sales systems. You know, for [00:22:00] most entrepreneurs, selling is really, really hard. So I use a system that, that I’ve called Ready, set, go. Sounds a bit like breakfast, doesn’t it? Like porridge. Ready said go.

[00:22:10] Viv: It’s not porridge. I, trust me, it’s not. Um, it is a simple sales system. It’s a framework that leads your prospects to the sale already qualified and eager to buy. So really they’re using that call just to suss out like energetically, does this feel like a good match? I may like a hundred percent sold.

[00:22:30] Viv: Yeah. But they’re already coming to that call like going, yeah, I’m pretty much sold on this already. because we don’t want you spending valuable time on unqualified leads, especially if you’re like me and you wanna build business in just 20 hours a week, or 25 30. But we don’t want you spending an in audit in amount of time with people who are never gonna buy for you.

[00:22:49] Viv: They’re not ready. So we want you to be here at this point, a hundred percent confident that you are positioned as an authority in your niche, making it easier to [00:23:00] sell your services. So we’ve got problem one. Audience growth is a struggle. Problem two, like inconsistent clients, feast to famine going on.

[00:23:11] Viv: The third problem is inconsistent action taking. Okay. That is the truth. That is the reality. A hell, I am guilty of it myself at times. Oh yes. You know, it’s identifying when are those times that you become inconsistent. I know I need regular holidays and regular breaks from my business in order to stay consistent.

[00:23:34] Viv: So what is it for? Well, you’ve realized that n already, that you don’t have a way to bring in clients when you need them. So we’ve already figured that bit out and you worry when a client contract’s coming to an end as to like where the next client is gonna come from and there’s a lot of stress and worry and a ton of like trippy negative stuff that comes up like, ah, I’m so good.

[00:23:57] Viv: What am I doing wrong? I’m fed up of [00:24:00] not being able to. Insert your thing here, peeps. When I want to, you know, what is it you wanna buy? Do you wanna just go and like, buy a whole new summer wardrobe. Summer’s coming, like is that what you wanna do? But you kinda go, well, I haven’t got the freaking money.

[00:24:16] Viv: Let’s get last year’s stuff out and see what fits me. And it’s really horrible when this happens. So you end up sort of resorting to and trying things that you’ve kind of, maybe it’s the newest things in the marketing world. It’s like something else has come out. , TikTok, YouTube shorts. You heard they’re good.

[00:24:34] Viv: You know how it goes, like you try something new. I have a friend who today has just kind of held a hands up her gone. Yeah, I’ve really realized that I’m not sticking to a strategy, and that’s probably one of my problems in my business because she was toing it and then she went, oh, she had a bad month.

[00:24:50] Viv: So she went over and started doing YouTube and she’s just flitting. And this has been one of her problems along with her lead generation. So you. [00:25:00] That inconsistency in actions is then having a knock on effect to the audience growth, which is having a knock on effect to, uh, bringing inconsistent clients.

[00:25:10] Viv: So we wanna make sure we create a marketing system that is in alignment with your natural skills and strengths. So that you are confident and consistent in the actions that you’re taking and are always marketing your business, growing your audience, and selling. Okay. Now, the key things that we need to be happening in order to have sustainable, consistent revenue.

[00:25:36] Viv: So what do we wanna do and how do we wanna do this? This is what I take my clients through. Well, the first thing is, the thing is we identify what your natural strengths are when it comes to marketing, using the leads archetype assessment. Okay? And then what we do is we build out and create a lead generation strategy that is in alignment with you.

[00:25:52] Viv: This ensures like that you’re gonna be more consistent each week because you are actually gonna enjoy it. So it’s a bit like, you know, [00:26:00] sports. . Okay. So I, people say sports and I’m like, oh, don’t really like sports. You know, an exercise, ugh. Didn’t really used to like exercise, but you gotta find the thing that you love.

[00:26:10] Viv: Um, so someone said to me like, you gotta go and play like football or soccer, whatever country you’re in for an hour. I’d be like that. Oh my God, I freaking hate. And that’s the only way you can do it. It’s the only way you can get fit into exercise. I would be like that. Oh my God, I freak hate football.

[00:26:24] Viv: Like, I’m just not gonna do it. I’m just not gonna stick at it. If someone said, You can get the same level of exercise and fitness by going and dancing three times a week. I’m like that. Hell yes. Or my newfound love who knew? Spinning. Oh yes. I did not know this till like a month ago. Um, so yeah, what I want you to think about is what is it that is gonna be the, you know, we’re gonna identify that thing.

[00:26:51] Viv: What is that thing that’s gonna have you go, oh, I thought this was always gonna be horrible. I thought marketing had to just suck and it was a necessary evil. But [00:27:00] actually there’s a way I can do it. That feels pretty good to me. Yeah, it’s still gonna be hard work because like exercise, you know, you’re gonna get a sweat on it.

[00:27:06] Viv: It’s gonna feel hard, but actually heart can sometimes feel fun and really rewarding, and that’s what we want so that we can bring in enough prospects and enough clients to reach your income goal. Okay. Next thing we’re gonna develop your focus formula, okay? Weekly and monthly. This is your repeatable game plan every week and every month, which enables you to have a pipeline of clients on demand who are eager and ready to buy.

[00:27:31] Viv: Okay? Because this is where people are like, eh, I’m not really sure what action I should be taking today. You know, I know I need to send an email. I know I need to bring in some leads, but I’m not really sure what actions to take. Like eliminates that. We get your focus formula. So every day you sit down, you know what to focus on.

[00:27:47] Viv: And finally, we need to create a client nurture map like this. This is so that we ensure that all the marketing actions that you take lead to your core offering, because so often we’re not leading people, [00:28:00] you know. To that one core offering. All roads lead to, and Denise Delfield Thomas says this like all roads lead to bootcamp for her.

[00:28:08] Viv: And that’s what we want to create in your business. Like all roads lead to what we need to ensure that every client like nurture action that we’re doing. Is leading to your core offering, and it’s really clear and that everything funnels into that. So we map out each step that your client’s gonna take.

[00:28:27] Viv: We create automations along the way because we’re all about efficiency and doing as much automation as we can. And that’s gonna like, include different things. Um, but they’re gonna be really high converting automations. Okay. And then we’re also gonna build out the additional sequences, the things that, you know, we can’t automate, uh, within that, that we need to be doing each week, each month in order to nurture those clients.

[00:28:52] Viv: Okay? But we really wanna automate wherever possible, so things do the heavy lifting to generate. For you. So [00:29:00] this is the system that we want to create. We want a highly effective marketing system and a strategy, a plan and marketing ecosystem in place that generates the leads, converts them to clients, and which is not reliant, as I said, on social media because organic social media, it’s just not sustainable.

[00:30:58] Viv: Like this is all there, like [00:31:00] the how-tos so that you get results and if you take the actions, you are so gonna like read the re rewards. You’re gonna be looking at your bank balance every month going, shit man. Huh? I’ve got spare cash. What do I wanna spend this on? Um, it’s gonna feel awesome, you know, getting out of that icky anxiety.

[00:31:20] Viv: Position that scars the mindset. We wanna get you away from that. And you might be thinking, wow, Viv, that sounds really like awesome. It’s gonna be stupidly expensive. Well, the brilliant news is I’ve made this so accessible. So initially what we do is we work together for three months. Okay? That’s it. A 90 day initial commitment.

[00:31:39] Viv: Okay. There’s an initial investment for that, and then at three months we kind of go, okay, like is this like, is this working? at that point, what we wanna do is we then get you signing up for the remaining nine months off the gear, and then you start paying on a monthly installment plan. Because I [00:32:00] want you to be at that point, at the end of 90 days, where we’ve really hit some goals, we’ve brought you money, and you’ve kind of paid off that you’ve made a return on your investment already.

[00:32:07] Viv: That’s the goal within those 90 days, and you’re like that, fuck yeah, Hevi. I really wanna stay and I want more of this because I can absolutely see how you’re getting me to consistent revenue. and that’s how I work with my clients.
